It is a 5-minute walk from Kypri beach, just 3.5 km from the port of Gavrio, the main port of Andros, and 4.5 km from the cosmopolitan village of Batsi. Within 200 metres you will find a bus stop, restaurants, water sports and coffee centers.
It consists of 3 independent apartments connected externally all with their own separate entrance, at 2 levels (ground and the first floor) there are steps. .

This island has many beautiful beaches and wild country and some are reachable by dirt roads, then you need to have a car. The best is a 4WD, but any car will make it for most of the roads on the island.
